DatePilot is a coaching and writing-assistance app. It helps users improve dating profiles, opening messages, replies, and ask-out timing. It does not connect directly to third-party dating apps, log into those services, or send messages on a user’s behalf.
Information you provide
DatePilot may process text that you choose to paste into the app, such as profile text, prompt answers, or conversation snippets. This content is used to generate coaching suggestions.
How information is used
- To generate profile rewrites, opener suggestions, reply coaching, and ask-out guidance.
- To save local preferences and app state on your device.
- To operate, debug, and improve the service responsibly.
What DatePilot does not do
- It does not scrape third-party dating platforms.
- It does not automate swiping, matching, or messaging.
- It does not require your Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, or other dating-app login.
- It does not promise romantic outcomes.
Storage and processing
Some preferences and usage information may be stored locally on your device. If remote AI features are enabled, submitted text may be transmitted to DatePilot’s backend and its AI provider strictly for generation requests. The goal is to keep this processing minimal and bounded.
Data retention
DatePilot aims to minimize retained user content. Operational logs should avoid storing more user text than necessary for reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging.
Your choices
You control what text you paste into DatePilot. Do not submit sensitive information you would not want processed for coaching output.
